On September 9th, Shinjuku Japanese Language Institute organized an event where students gave presentations in Japanese in front of their peers at the National Olympics Memorial Youth Center in Yoyogi. This event provided students with the opportunity to showcase their progress in Japanese over the year, guided by the school’s staff and teaching faculty.
The students were grouped by levels (beginner, intermediate, and advanced) as well as by classes. This approach fostered a group dynamic, where everyone could support their classmates. The varied presentations, ranging from humorous skits to cultural lectures, highlighted the progress each student had made in learning the language.
The event was held in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The students were not only proud to demonstrate their achievements but also happy to share their experiences.
The event was a great success, showcasing the students’ linguistic abilities while also strengthening the sense of community within the school.
We are already looking forward to the next edition of this event!
