On Monday, September 8, SNG held its Project Presentation Day. Students from all classes and levels gathered to showcase their work one after another.

The presentations took many different forms. Beginner-level students gave personal talks, sharing stories about their latest trip, their pets, or their home countries. Despite the language challenges, they managed to engage the audience—and even make them laugh.

Intermediate-level students presented the results of surveys they had conducted among their peers on topics such as the challenges of student life. Other classes created digital kamishibai (picture-story shows) or introduced famous tourist destinations such as Osaka and Hiroshima.

Advanced-level students offered an impressive variety of performances, ranging from a humorous play using keigo, to drama dubbing, to promotional videos highlighting the school and student life.

Another highlight of the day was the vote for SNG’s mascot. Students proposed different characters to embody the spirit of the school. After a close contest, it was “Perapi” who won the most votes.

We applaud the diversity and creativity of the presentations. Regardless of their level, every student managed to convey not only information but also emotions to the audience, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

The day concluded with closing remarks and words of thanks, followed by group photos to capture the moment and celebrate the efforts of the student volunteers.
